Paolo Iurcotta joined KraneShares in 2021 to develop the firm’s Italian business, covering a wide range of clients, including asset managers, pension funds, banks, insurance companies, wealth managers, family offices, and banking foundations.

Paolo has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been involved in the ETF industry since its launch in Europe. Before joining KraneShares, Paolo worked for Société Générale, where he was a senior sales manager covering Italian financial institutions on a broad range of financial products, with a particular focus on equity derivatives, equity cash, and ETFs. He also previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Citibank in Italy.

Paolo has a Master of Economic and Social Sciences in Financial Mathematics from Università Bocconi - Milan.
