If any person has concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters related to the firm, as well, as the KraneShares Trust (the “Trust”), or violations of the firms Code of Ethics or the Trust, you can submit such concerns in person to the Trust CCO, Advisor CCO or General Counsel, or in any of the following ways. All such reports will be kept confidential, and can be anonymous. There will be NO retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports any such concerns (or who provides assistance in investigating such concerns).
