Portfolio Manager of KHYB ETF

Wai Hoong Leong is a senior member of the Asian Fixed Income Investment team at Nikko AM Asia. He oversees the portfolio management team for Asian Credits and is responsible for overall credit strategies. Wai Hoong manages active Asia credit portfolios which include strategies such as High Grade/High Yield and Absolute/Benchmarked. Wai Hoong Leong is also the portfolio manager for the KraneShares Asia Pacific High Yield Bond ETF and is supported in this role by one of the largest Asia fixed income teams. His team uses top-down macro research and bottom-up credit research to construct the Fund’s portfolio.

Since early 2001, Brendan worked for one of the largest global ETF providers where he was an original member of the business development team. His “from the ground up” experience at a global ETF provider allowed him to become intimately acquainted with all aspects of the business. His expertise spans product development, marketing, branding, business strategy, operations, portfolio management, trading, and client execution.
