Kaihla Rettinger joined KraneShares as a VP of Compliance in September 2025.
Prior to joining KraneShares, Kaihla was Counsel at Global X ETFs, where she advised on a wide range of regulatory and legal matters. Before assuming her role as Counsel, she gained valuable experience in both business management and compliance at Global X.
Kaihla received her BA in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University and JD from Charlotte School of Law.
