Joseph Dube is the Head of Marketing at KraneShares, a New York-based asset management firm specializing in China, climate, and uncorrelated investment strategies. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, Mr. Dube has a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for helping investors navigate complex markets.

Mr. Dube joined KraneShares in 2012 as one of the firm's first employees. In his current role at KraneShares, he leads a team of multidisciplinary marketing specialists whose expertise includes research, investment analysis, advertising, web development, sales data analytics, graphic design, and event production. He is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the firm's investment products and services to investors around the world, as well as working with the firm's partners on marketing sub-advised strategies.

Prior to joining KraneShares, Mr. Dube held marketing and communications roles at Tag Worldwide, a global omnichannel marketing production agency, where he worked with clients across various industries to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Mr. Dube holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
