Ruiying “Snowy” Ding joined KraneShares in 2018 as a senior investment strategist. She focuses on asset allocation, wealth management, and thematic investing.

Previously, Snowy was a Senior Private Client Advisor, responsible for East West Bank’s Wealth Management Division in New York. She advised high net worth individuals and families, as well as companies and foundations on integrated wealth management strategies. Snowy played an instrumental role in the expansion of private wealth management for East West Bank on the East Coast.

Prior to joining East West Bank in 2015, Snowy worked for HSBC Private Bank in their London, Hong Kong, Geneva, and New York offices, where she covered investment advisory and relationship management, with a particular focus on the Greater China region.

Snowy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics. Snowy is a CFA Charterholder. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and English and conversational in German.
