Sara Rubino joined the KraneShares team in May 2023. Sara assists the Krane Compliance team in implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and UCITS Compliance. Prior to joining KraneShares, Sara was employed at Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. where she spent 5 years working to enhance firm policies and procedures, issue regulatory oversight, and manage Human Resources related projects.

Prior to her work in the Financial Services industry, Sara worked in Marketing as an in-house Graphic Designer for different Interior Design, Real Estate Development, and Construction Management firms. She also owns a personal freelance Art & Graphic Design company where she designs marketing materials and creates fine art projects for various clients in her spare time.

Sara graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Architectural Studies, as well as a minor in both Fine Art and Computer Science. She also received a certificate from the CC Ammerman Center for Arts & Technology.
