Leo Lo is the Chief Financial Officer at KraneShares and the Financial and Operations Principal at CICC US. Before joining KraneShares and CICC US, Leo was a Senior Vice President and Treasurer at a hedge fund complex where he was responsible for both corporate and fund administrations, where he served many high-profile clients and helped lead strategic projects. Before that, Leo was an audit manager at Deloitte in the Investment Management Companies group. His experience at Deloitte also included working as a senior consultant in the Investment Performance Services Group and Investment Management Business Advisory Group. There, he provided advisory services to many well-known private equity firms, hedge funds, investment managers and financial institutions. Prior to joining Deloitte, Leo was a regulator at the National Futures Association, which is a self-regulatory organization for the US futures and derivatives markets.

Leo holds a BBA degree in Public Accounting from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He also holds the Series 3, 6, 7, 24, 27, 63 & 65 licenses.
